Introduction
A drug is anything that when inhaled, injected, smoked, consumed, absorbed via the skin or dissolved under the tongue causes temporary changes in a person’s moods. Substance abuse is defined as personal use of any substance for mood changing purposes.
Tobacco products are made entirely or partly of leafy tobacco as raw material, which are intended to be smoked, sucked, chewed or snuffed. All contain nicotine.
